Procedure
All products purchased from Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the customer informs Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. of their intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.
Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be unopened and with its original seal and packaging intact.
- The product must not have suffered any alteration in the cold chain, it must be preferably between 0 and 4ºC, and this can this be checked with a warning light on the cans, and the customer must send truthful information to Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. at [email protected]
- The shipment must be made using the same box, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return must also be marked.
- In the event that for any reason, the product is not to your liking, or you have chosen the wrong product, the customer must pay the cost of return, and will be refunded the amount of the products purchased, once it is verified that the product is in perfect condition after receipt in our warehouse (especially in the case of caviar, that the cold chain has NOT been broken – the cans have a warning bell.
- When the return is agreed, Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. will provide the means to make the return in a timely manner.
Refunds
The return of products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the “Return” service.
Only in the event that the delivered product is not in perfect condition or is incorrect, Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. will also reimburse the customer for the corresponding shipping costs. Partial returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.
Digital Business & Fairs, S.L. will initiate the refund process, which may last depending on your bank, between 7 days in case of credit cards, and 30 days in case of debit cards.
