Tasting
Naturally creamy and very tender in the mouth, it is slightly marine with nutty notes; it honors its natural color in its texture, melting in the mouth like butter or foie gras, with a very intense mouth impact and a soft, mellow and persistent aftertaste on the lips and palate. Although naturally small in size, this caviar is, along with Beluga and albino Beluga, the rarest and most exclusive caviar. It should be noted that this caviar is even more complicated to obtain due to the extreme delicacy of the animal from which it comes. Temperature changes, stress and the very membrane surrounding the egg, which is very delicate, mean that obtaining this caviar is within the reach of very few.
Storage
Always between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius. After opening, consume.
Serving
Consume with mother-of-pearl spoons and, if possible, a cooler. Never use metal for serving or consumption, except for the can itself.
