Description

Caspian and Black, Volga and Danube.

Brown to brown with amber tones
Roe diameter
2.4 to 2.9 mm, with a predominance of 2.4 to 2.6 mm eggs.
Tasting
Firm membrane, reminiscent of nuts, almonds and dried fruits, with hints of smoked herring; round, smooth but solid flavor, very elegant and also very expansive on the palate, throat and nose. As the Selection variant contains a lesser degree of salt due to the size of the grain, it offers a taste closer to freshly extracted, unripe osetra than unselected osetra. However, both are excellent choices.
Conservation
Always between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius. After opening, consume.
Service
Consume with mother-of-pearl spoons and, if possible, a cooler. Never use metal for serving or consumption, except for the can itself.
