Ambrose & Paubet is a Select Caviar brand based on the authenticity and quality of an exceptional product. Inspired by the history of Edward Ambrose and Jacques Paubet, two passionate foodies who met in Paris in 1920, our brand was born with a clear mission: to bring exceptional quality caviar to people looking to enjoy the best moments in life.

Our story begins on the shores of the Black Sea, where our founders were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of sturgeon farming and committed to offering a select caviar that unites tradition and modernity.

Today, Ambrose & Paubet continues that legacy, working directly with sustainable fish farms and natural breeding of the sturgeons, to offer a fresh granular malossol caviar, known also as Zernitsaya, with a certified and authentic premium quality, unrivalled taste and quality, and always in harmony with the environment.
